The Land Layaway Club is your answer.

Now you can lock-in the land you want at today's price for as little as $500 down. In the Land Layaway Club you have 14 months to reach your goal of 20% down on the total purchase price on the land you want to buy.

For instance if the land has a price of $17,000 and you lay it away for $500, then you would need to make 14 monthly installments of $207.14. These 14 payments would complete the 20% deposit, ($3,400.00) and the land would become available for you to build on, hunt on, or camp on... or whatever you wanted the land for.

These layaway monthly payments are INTEREST FREE!!! The remaining balance will be financed over 20 years at an Annual Percentage Rate of 18%.

Once you make the initial $500.00 payment, we take the land off the market. With the Land Layaway Club, if you need time to raise money from maturing CD's, tax refunds, or other means, you can still lock-in today's price on the land you want with no prepayment penalties after a 3-year period from Maine Land Outlet.

If, during those first 14 months, you discover that one of our equal or greater valued properties is more desirable to you, we will allow you to trade up once for a $250.00 fee, and apply 100% of your payments from the first 14 months towards the new property. This program can not be combined with any other promotion. Call for details.

To get the land you want for as little as $500 down, here's what to do.

Search our database of available properties.
Fill out the form below to tell us the name and number of the property.
We will take your deposit with a check or authorization to bill your MC/Visa or AMEX account either on the phone or from the form below. This payment must be in the amount of $500 plus $75 for club fee.
We will call or email you within 3 days of receiving your down payment, acknowledging your registration, and our action to reserve it in your name. We will also indicate the minimum monthly payment for you to reach the 20% goal within 14 months… and forward your documents.
