A: All of our land has been surveyed. And our building lots have all been approved for septic systems.   Q: Do you have any properties with camps or houses? A: No, all our properties are just land. But we will help you arrange for any buildings or other improvements.   Q: Are all your properties accessible? A: 95% of our land has accessible road frontage.   Q: Has the timber on your lands been cut? A: There has been some selective cutting on some land. But most of our land is still in it's prime, virgin state.
